When my old favorite vac died recently, I've found Petmallco website on Facebook(they have a page there) and then had this handheld vac for about a week. Now and I AM IN LOVE! I use a hand vac almost daily to clean up after my 3 cats and all hardwood or tile floors so need a reliable machine to keep up with the hair, dirt, and toy stuffing they produce. The dust bin is large enough to hold plenty of hair and toy fluff and the clear casing lets me see when it is getting full. 3 different suction head can be used to reach farther, deeper, narrower places, which is a clever bonus. And, this machine is small enough to store in my drawer or closet.

I use it to clean up excess cat hair on the furniture and his bed when he sheddings so much. It’s stronger and much more convenient than using the hose on the upright vacuum. All in all, I love this little vacuum so far.

Vacuum delivered last Friday, the shipment takes a little time but I understand it may be the COVID-19. About the vacuum, it worked well and this company does give me excellent customer satisfaction

I never ever write reviews but I really need to share my using of this vacuum. I bought it earlier and I am extremely impressed for the amount of dog hair and dust that the vacuum pick up in minutes was impressive.

I bought this to vacuum the carpets in our house. We have two collies, and I didn’t vacuum the carpets that long ago, and it filled the floor. It may take a while to charge, but once it has done, it is worth it!
