Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receipt. Please emails us with:

-photos for defective or wrong items
We are not responsible for the product returned without the information requested above.
1. Don't Fit or Dislike(No Quality Problem)
Items that have not been worn, used, washed, and/or altered.
Items must be returned with original packaging and tags.
No dog hair, smell, stains on items, and any other sign of use.
The customer is responsible for the shipping fees for return and exchange shipment.
2. Defective or Wrong Item
We will happily exchange a defective product or one that is damaged in shipment to you. Please email us with order # and photos so that we can promptly assist you. We're responsible for the return shipping fee if there's quality problem with the products you bought.
A refund request is accepted within 7 days of receipt.
Upon your request and our receipt of the returned products, we will issue refunds for returned products. We will return the payment to you within 30 days of your request. We will only return payments in the manner in which they were made.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged return shipments. We strongly encourage you to place insurance on any items you send back to us.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES
If you wish to cancel part or your entire order after the order has been processed but not shipped, please email us with your order # and the reason why you need to cancel or change. A cancellation or change is not acceptable after shipment.
We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if these conditions are not met. We reserve the right to reject any return not requested within 7 days of receipt.
